These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of TheBotRack ("TheBotRack", "we", "us"), including thebotrack.com, our Discord server, and every server and service you order from us.
By creating an account, placing an order, or using a server, you agree to these Terms. If you are ordering for a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept them on its behalf.
Each plan is a dedicated Windows server in Ashburn, Virginia with the CPU cores, memory and storage listed on the plan, a 100 Gbit network connection, and full Administrator access over Remote Desktop.
Every server is delivered with Windows Server 2019. Your login details are shown in your account and sent to your email as soon as the server is ready.
You manage everything installed on your server: software, licences, settings, files and accounts.
Plans are billed in advance and renew automatically every 30 days on the card you used at checkout, until you cancel.
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Promotional prices apply for the period stated with the promotion.
You can update your card, download invoices and manage your plan anytime from Billing & card in your account.
If a renewal payment does not go through, Stripe retries it automatically and we email you. Servers with an unpaid renewal may be paused until payment is completed, and removed 7 days after the renewal date.
You can cancel anytime from your account. Your server stays available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payments are for server time that is reserved for you the moment your order is delivered, so payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
If something is not right with your server, open a ticket in our Discord and our team will make it right.
Servers are for lawful use. Botting, automation, monitoring, Discord bots and similar software are all welcome, provided you follow the rules of the websites and services you connect to.
You agree to keep your server free of: anything illegal where you or we operate; malware, phishing, or attacks on any network or system (including denial-of-service and unauthorized scanning); spam or bulk unsolicited messages; cryptocurrency mining; content that exploits minors; and storage or sale of stolen data, accounts or payment details.
If we see activity that breaks these rules or puts our network or other customers at risk, we may suspend the server right away and will contact you through your account email or Discord. Serious or repeated cases lead to account closure without refund.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
We may verify orders before delivery. Orders that cannot be verified, or that use payment details that are not yours, are cancelled.
If you have a billing question, please contact us before disputing a charge. Accounts with a payment dispute are paused while it is reviewed.
Your server and its contents are yours. We access a server only to keep the service running, to answer your support request, or when the law requires it.
Keep your own copies of anything important. Server storage is not backed up by TheBotRack unless your plan says so. When a server is cancelled or removed, its data is permanently erased.
We collect only what we need to run your account: your Discord identity, email, order and billing records. See how we use it in the Privacy section below.
We use your Discord account to sign you in, your email to send login details, receipts and account notices, and Stripe to process payments.
We never sell your information. We share it only with the providers that run the service (such as Stripe for payments and Discord for sign-in), or when the law requires it.

We work hard to keep every server online and fast. Planned maintenance is announced in our Discord ahead of time whenever possible.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, TheBotRack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected server in the 30 days before the claim.
Keep your Discord account and server passwords secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account and servers.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to order.
We may update these Terms as TheBotRack grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. When we make a meaningful change, we post it in our Discord. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
